This easy loaded Big Mac salad is ready in just 25 minutes and delivers all the iconic burger flavors in a lighter bowl. Crispy beef, fresh lettuce, and cheddar cheese are tossed in a homemade special burger sauce. It's the perfect quick weeknight dinner that the whole family will love.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until the beef is fully browned and no pink remains, then drain any excess fat from the pan.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, and paprika until the sauce is completely smooth and creamy.
Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and finely dice the white onion. Place the chopped lettuce into a large serving bowl or divide it evenly among four individual bowls to create the salad base.
Top the lettuce base with the warm seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced white onion, and dill pickle slices.
Drizzle the homemade special sauce generously over the salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds to mimic the iconic sesame seed bun, and serve immediately while the beef is warm and the lettuce is crisp.
